1st and 2nd XI REGISTRATIONS; CLOSING DATES FOR 2014

....a reminder to all clubs.

Under the terms of player registration regulation 6.1.1. new registrations for Category 1 and 2 1^st and 2^nd XI players are not allowed in the MiL&DCC after the 31^st of July.

In practice for 2014 this means that:

1. Final applications for registrations for 1^st and 2^nd XI players must be presented to the Registration Secretary in full before 1.00pm on Wed 23^rd July 2014

2. Players must then finalise their registration by playing for that club's 1^st or 2^nd XI in an MiL&DCC League or Cup fixture on or by Saturday 26^th or Sunday 27^thJuly 2014

These registration restrictions do not apply to 3^rd XI players. BUT 3^rd XI players registered after the closing date for 1^st and 2^nd XI players are then ineligible to play for 1^st and 2^nd XIs for the remaining part of season 2014 under the terms of playing regulation 6.2.
