Delayed fixtures are causing problems for the next rounds.
In the spirit of 'Get the Game On' the failure of several clubs to arrange fixtures by the play-by dates even allowing the seven days automatic extension has been accepted. On top of the previous decision to put the play-by dates forward clubs will be unable to find their next fixtures on Play-Cricket until shortly before the due play-by dates for Round 3.
In particular:
in the Embee Trophy all Round 2 fixtures are published and Birkenhead St Mary's will play New Brighton on 18 June - nine days after the play-by date. The majority of the other fixtures are listed with 7 June date. If these are not confirmed to me before Friday 5 June they will be moved forward to the following week.
In the U16 competition the two Round 1 fixtures have not yet been played and are scheduled for 8 June. Except for the two teams waiting to know their Round 2 opponents, Wallasey and Northern, all the others know who they play (original draw see Admin Docs>Fixtures) and fixture dates need to be arranged as soon as possible before the play-by date of 21 June. If played before the 9 June teams will need to wait to enter the result on Play-Cricket.

Except for the two teams waiting to know their Round 2 opponents, Wallasey and Rainford, all the others know who they play (see the draw below) and fixture dates need to be arranged as soon as possible before the play-by date of 21 June.
