'RAY DIGMAN' & CHESTER CUP FINALS CONFIRMED

Despite the postponement of several cup matches last Sunday the previously reported dates can now be confirmed.

The Chester Cup semi-final between Ormskirk and Maghull has been postponed until the coming Bank Holiday Monday but the final remains scheduled for Wadham Road on September 13th starting at 12.00 noon.

The Welsh Cup Final was postponed but because the venue is no longer available on September 6th it will now also be played on Bank Holiday Monday at Neath CC, South Wales. We wish Colwyn Bay success despite a few of their regular 1st XI players being unable to make the trip. The 'Ray Digman' Trophy Final will therefore be played at Colwyn Bay on September 6th starting at 12.00 noon.

We also wish Northern 1st XI success in their National KO semi-final against Chester-le-Street this coming Sunday at Moor Park and New Brighton 1st XI success in their Cheshire Cup semi-final against Neston at Rake Lane also this coming Sunday.
