2017 FIXTURES

Club requests for special fixturing requirements are needed by the end of November.
At the End of Season SGM 2016 http://www.lpoolcomp.co.uk/uploaded_files/documents/2016__EoS__SGM_25_10_16_Minutes_.docx the intention to make the proposal below to the 2017 AGM was announced.
‘Requests for fixture scheduling on specific dates when a club's main ground is unavailable, e.g. County matches, other sports, fund raising events etc., must be made in writing to the Fixture Secretary. All such requests are to be submitted before 30th November. Every effort will be made to accommodate all requests by scheduling 1st XI fixtures to be played away but this cannot be guaranteed. Corresponding 2nd XI fixtures, or any affecting 3rd XIs, which need to be rearranged will be indicated on the fixture lists as 'TBA'. The home team is responsible for agreeing an alternative date/venue for rearranged fixtures and such agreement must be achieved before 31st May . Failure to meet this deadline will result in the match being conceded by the home team.’
The first part of this proposal concerning requests by the end of November is to allow the fixtures to be prepared and accepted by the end of December as required by the Constitution and is therefore not negotiable.
Requests for such considerations in 2017 must now be made in writing to Rob Durand via http://rob.durand@btinternet.com.
Any requests received after November 30th 2016 will not be considered.
