FIRST FUNCTION AT HIGHTOWN CC's NEW CLUBHOUSE

Hightown the Phoenix arises!

Hightown CC extends a warm invitation to its past and current members, and all our friends throughout the cricketing world, to attend its first function in the new clubhouse.

Tickets for this event are priced at just £10 (£5 concessions), including a hot buffet, and there will plenty of opportunities to take a tour of the new facilities, catch up with your friends and discuss an exciting new chapter in the club's history.

'A Captain's Evening', on Friday 5th April (7.30pm) will see the unveiling of a captains board, featuring the names of all Hightown CC skippers since the club's formation in 1907.

Just over two years ago, the club's old pavilion sadly burnt to the ground after fire swept through the building - the result of an electrical fault. Now the phoenix has well and truly risen from the flames as the club embarks on a new era in its modern, purpose-built facilities.

The event on the 5th April will also feature quizzes, raffles and a host of other activity - but most of all you will be able to relax, enjoy a drink, and something to eat, in our wonderful new surroundings!
