REMINDER OF SCOPE AND NOTIFICATIONS OF ANY DISCIPLINARY ACTION.

We take this opportunity to remind all players registered and playing in the L&DCC of the scope and notification requirements placed on our League by ECB Regulation.

All disciplinary action (irrespective of duration) taken by the L&DCC applies to all cricket taking place in games played under the jurisdiction of the ECB and all our relevant Cricket Boards i.e. clubs, districts, county representative sides at all age groups, academies and minor counties.

We must notify our nominated County Board (Lancashire Cricket Board, Cheshire Cricket Board or Cricket Wales) of a four week suspension or above upon expiry of the seven day period within which notification of intent to appeal should be made or in the case of an appeal, immediately upon conclusion of the appeal hearing.

We must notify the ECB Head of Operations (Non First Class Cricket) within seven days of any disciplinary action (irrespective of duration) against a County contracted player.
