NEW MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE STRUCTURE MEETING
An LG- L&DCC Special General Meeting is called under the terms of the LG-L&DCC Constitution 8.2 P41
The meeting will take place at Alder Cricket Club Tuesday 6th November 2018 at 7.00pm
• TO RECEIVE FEEDBACK ON THE DRAFT PROPOSALS FOR A NEW MANAGEMENT STRUCUTURE FOR THE LG-L&DCC PRESENTED TO THE MEETING 16/10/2018.
• TO PRODUCE A NEW AND FINALISED STRUCTURE PROPOSAL TO GO TO AGM 2019
AGREEMENT AT THIS MEETING WILL BE REQUIRED FOR:
More people and more representation from clubs;
An Extended Management Committee;
Greater support and respect from clubs
If there is time there will then be a discussion based on possible changes to the 3rd XI strucrures in 2019
