DISCIPLINARY REPORT - AGREED ACTION

Date: 8th June 2021

A report has been received.

On 5^th June in the 1^st XI match between Sefton Park CC and Formby CC, the Sefton Park player Ben Percival was reported for verbal dissent to the umpire and abuse of equipment.

Sefton Park has banned Ben Percival for 2 weeks from 11th June 2021 plus 2 weeks suspended for twelve months until the 11th June 2022.

The club is to be commended for the way it dealt with the incident.
