CLUB & GROUND REPORTS UPDATED

C&G Reports for all Full Member Clubs have been updated to include reassessments undertaken in 2014 plus the inclusion of the Umpires' Report scores for 2014.

Following the recent posting of Pitch and Spirit of Cricket Reports based on the assessments by MCUA umpires in 2014 the full details have now been updated on each club's spreadsheet. These can be viewed by following Ground>Reports and selecting your club's report.

An overall summary is also available which will form part of the C&G Report to the 2015 AGM. From this summary Colwyn Bay still occupies top spot, Leigh has moved into second place and Lytham is now third up from seventh last year. The greatest improvement was shown by Birkenhead Park who made great efforts to meet the Premier Division standards last winter and moved from thirty-fourth place to fourteenth now. The average percentage of all club totals has risen by 0.5% to just over 86%, ie 2% over the Premier Division standard. The items with yellow shading are below the 60% acceptance level and clubs with these failings are encouraged to take steps to improve next year if at all possible.

All clubs are asked to look at their scores and any areas that seem incorrect because of recent improvements should be notified to Ian McKillop (C&G Chairman - imckillop@hotmail.co.uk) who will arrange to carry out a reassessment. The specific criteria can be seen on the 'Scoring System' sheet of the spreadsheet.
