DISCIPLINE REPORTS - AGREED ACTIONS

Several disciplinary reports have been received and dealt with by the respective clubs, some following discussions with the L&DCC Disciplinary Committee..
15 June - in the 1st XI match New Brighton v Leigh the Leigh player Matthew Hibbert was reported for abuse of an opponent and was banned for two weeks. An additional one week ban suspended to the end of 2020 season was imposed by Disciplinary Committee.
6 July - in the 1st XI match Liverpool v Spring View the Spring View players Lewis Matthews and Kevin Crowie were reported. Matthews was banned for two weeks for inappropriate physical contact and abuse of an opponent and Crowie was banned for one week for equipment abuse. Both received an additional two week ban, imposed by Disciplinary Committee, suspended to the end of 2020 season.
13 July - in the 1st XI match Spring View v Parkfield Liscard the Parkfield Liscard player Uzair Shajiq was reported for abuse of an opponent and was banned for two weeks. An additional two weeks ban suspended to the end of 2020 season was imposed by Disciplinary Committee.
3 August - in the 3rd XI match Northern (GK) v Wallasey 3 the Wallasey player Eddie McCullagh was banned for two weeks by his club for abuse of an opponent.
18 August - in the 1st XI match Leigh v New Brighton the Leigh player Tom Foster was reported for abuse of an umpire and was banned for one week and one week suspended to the end of the 2020 season. This offence brought into effect a three week suspended ban imposed earlier in the 2019 season.
24 August - in the 1st XI match Maghull v Spring View the Spring View players Jon Broad and Martin Storey were reported. Spring View CC banned Jon Broad for three weeks for umpire dissent and failing to control his players, and banned Storey for one week. The Disciplinary Committee has also given both players a suspended ban of one week to the end of 2020 season.
All bans apply to all forms of cricket under the control of the ECB.
There are several additional offences to report with hearings pending.
