GROUND AVAILABILITY FOR FIXTURES 2020 and 3rd XIs in 2020

Closing Date is Saturday 30th November 2019
1. Clause 9.2 (P48) of the Constitution requires all requests for fixtures to take account of special club requirements to be received by 30th November in time for the following season.
Clubs were reminded of this requirement at the End of Season SGMs. Very few such requests have been received…….
Last season more than 17 clubs made such requests!
Some of these dates could be guessed from the 2019 dates but should be properly confirmed in order to avoid club disappointment. We also appreciate that the three County Ground clubs might not know their CCC dates by the 30th and that they will inform as soon as they are able.
2. Clubs having 3rd XIs should also confirm in writing their precise intentions for 2020. If it remains the same as that in 2019 an email should still be sent stating that intention by the 30th November
3. Clubs whose 3rd XI (s) share a ground with another club on a Saturday or Sunday should also confirm the details by the 30th November:
