CLUB DISCIPLINARY HEARING - PANEL DECISIONS

2nd XI Liverpool CC v Old Xaverians CC 06/09/2020
An Old Xaverians CC Disciplinary Hearing was held on 8th September to consider a reported incident in the 2nd XI match between Liverpool CC and Old Xaverians CC on Sunday 6th September.
The outcome of this Club Disciplinary Hearing was considered and confirmed by the Disciplinary sub-Committee of the Liverpool & District Cricket Competition.
As a result of a Level 1 offence of making inappropriate verbal comments to a player and disrespect to an umpire, Ian Formby is banned from all forms of cricket for two weeks from midnight on Friday 11th September 2020 until midnight Friday 25th September 2020. In addition, Ian Formby also receives a further suspended ban of two weeks, this suspended ban applies to whole of season 2021.
