FIXTURES 2010

Fixtures are presented in two formats, by week and by club.

The 2010 fixtures are now in their final draft form and clubs are asked to look closely at them to ensure that there are no ground availability problems. This mainly affects 3rd XIs where ground sharing is common, but there have also been several requests from clubs to re-arrange 1st and 2nd XI fixtures, when grounds are unavailable for a variety of reasons, which have been accepted by Management Committee.

The fixtures are available to download under Admin Docs>Fixtures and are provided in two formats. Firstly, all fixtures are included in spreadsheet form sorted by club which will enable clubs to easily produce their own fixture cards and check ground availability etc. Secondly, the fixtures are produced grouped by division and KO competition, ie 1st XI (Premier, First and Second divisions, BF(NW)KO), 2nd XI (Premier, First and Second divisions, Chester Cup), 3rd XI (Saturday Premier and First divisions, Sunday Premier and First divisions East and West, Embee Trophy). This latter is the format which will be used in the Handbook.

The Cricket Committee will produce the final version of all the fixtures at its meeting on February 1st, so any comments should be forwarded to John Rotherham before then so that any changes can be incorporated.
