P/T ADMIN ASSISTANT VACANCY AT THE COMP

The Liverpool Competition now has 52 Member and Associate Member Clubs, together with a Junior League playing in 15 Divisions, and a highly successful and expanding Women's and Girls secrtion of which we are very proud. We hope this position will help the Management Committee to continue to manage the League in an effective and successful manner.

ADMIN ASSISTANT REQUIRED.

The Liverpool and District Cricket Competition is looking for an individual with proven excellent administrative and communication skills to support the Management Committee with an initial emphasis on supporting our Inter League Age Group Cricket Programme this year, 6 teams playing 35 games.

Working from home from an immediate start until the end of September ( and then to be reviewed), the Inter League work involves assisting the team coaches by maintaining data bases of all teams, communicating with parents, umpires, scorers, host Liverpool Competition grounds, opposition officials, and liaising with the Lancashire Cricket Foundation. The individual will also support the Management Committee in a number of other areas.

This is a paid position, to be discussed, requiring an estimated flexible 5/10 hours a week, is subject to DBS approval and is available to all members and supporters of Member and Associate Member clubs in the Liverpool Competition. Some knowledge of local cricket would be an advantage.
