L&DCC DISCIPLINARY REPORT: AGREED ACTION

A disciplinary report has been received and dealt with by the respective club following discussions with the L&DCC Disciplinary Committee.
On Saturday 18th September, in a 1st X1 match between Ainsdale CC and Fleetwood Hesketh CC, the Ainsdale player Malcolm Swift was reported for verbal dissent to an umpire.
Ainsdale CC has banned Malcolm Swift for 1 week commencing on the official start date of L&DCC fixtures in 2022.
In addition, a 1 week suspended ban will be imposed until 17th September 2022.
The ban applies to all forms of cricket under the auspices of the England and Wales Cricket Board.
The club is to be commended for the way they dealt with the incident.
