PAYMENT OF ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS

Thank you to the majority of clubs complying with the following regulation. Those who have not – please see below:

Constitution Para 6.5 Each member club is responsible for the payment of an annual subscription which is automatically due by the May 1st; Non-payment by June 1st will incur an immediate penalty of £50.00 for each month or part thereof, that the subscription remains outstanding.

TEAM CARDS

A reminder to Clubs and Teams at all levels when completing Team Cards in respect of players under 20 ( bowling restrictions continue for U19s) to state the players AGE on the day of the match, and not the playing age group year – in the right-hand column.

SUNDAY 3rd XI LEAGUE START TIMES

We have had a number of queries this year about Sunday 3RD XI League start times. ( NB Cups are different) The agreed regulations are printed below:                                                                                                4.3.1 ( Saturday Matches will normally commence at 12:45 pm) Matches on a Sunday will normally commence at 2.00pm                                                                                                                                         4.3.2 If both teams agree, 3rd and 4th etc. XIs shall have the option of commencing matches at sooner or later than 12:45 pm on a Saturday or 2.00pm on a Sunday throughout the season. In the event of there being disagreement between the teams, regulation 4.3.1 shall apply. Notice of an ‘early start’ match must be given to the 3rd XI sub-Committee Chair a minimum of 24 hours in advance.

CAPTAINS MARKS FOR UMPIRES

It is a big WELL DONE to the 1st XI Captains for achieving a 95% return rate of marks on the Whose the Umpire (WTU) System in the first week of the League season. Keep it up lads. Anyone in need of help please contact Kevin Wilson.
