End of Season Meeting: CHANGE OF DATE

Date: 15th October 2023

Now on TUESDAY 24 OCTOBER

It has come to our attention that full details of the End of Season meeting, called and posted on 26 September and scheduled for Tuesday 17 October, have not been received by Club Secretaries. We have therefore put the meeting back, one week, to TUESDAY 24 OCTOBER. We have reposted the new date and re-attached the Agenda. The venue and start time remain the same. We apologise to clubs and officials for any inconvenience this may cause.

In addition we will forward a number of documented End of Season reports to Club Secretaries in the next few days, for consideration prior to the meeting.

All member and Associate Member clubs must attend this meeting as required under Regulation 12.1.1 in the Constitution as detailed on the website
