LATE SEASON COACHING COURSE A GREAT SUCCESS

Comp clubs respond to opportunity from LCF

The Course followed mid season interest from some Comp Clubs to increase their numbers of qualified coaches, for their winter training programmes and onwards. Although late in the season, the Lancashire Cricket Foundation responded with an Outdoor/Indoor ECB Foundation Coaching Course. Time was tight but when 17 of the 18 available places were snappd up, the Course, four Tuesday evenings from 9th September, went ahead. Northern Cricket Club had offered their facility with each three hour session starting in the outfield (light permitting) and the remainder in the Club's function Room.
