WOMEN'S and GIRLS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME

The first ever Liverpool Competition Women’s and Girls Player Development Programme is due to begin on Saturday 5 February at St Bede’s Cricket Centre, Ormskirk.
Women and Girls in the Liverpool Competition are set to benefit from quality coaching from experienced coaches as part of the Leagues commitment to delivering the ECB “Inspiring Generations” Strategy.
Running alongside the Boys scheme the programme, originally aimed at those playing inter league last year and now expanded, is funded by the Liverpool Competition ensuring that there are no barriers to taking part.
The Programme will also provide an immediate opportunity for some of the ten Liverpool Competition Ladies recently completing their Level 1 Foundation Course, funded by the Competition together with the Lancashire Cricket Foundation, to practice their new found skills.

Venue St Bedes Catholic HS, St Annes Rd ( Prescot Road entrance) Ormskirk L39 4TA
Dates: Saturdays 5 February, 19 February, 19 March
Times:
GIRLS Age U10 to U15 ( years 6 to 10) 1pm to 3pm - FULL
WOMEN 3pm to 5pm FULL
Places are available for players currently playing as part of Women's and Girls Sections in Liverpool Competition Clubs with experience of playing hard ball cricket (either within W+G Sections or in Junior Cricket).
