DISCIPLINARY REPORT - AGREED ACTION

Two reports have been received.
A disciplinary report was received from the 1st XI match on 1st May 2021, between Ormskirk CC and Leigh CC
Ormskirk CC banned the player Alex Rankin for verbal dissent to the umpire for one week. The ban will commence at midnight on 7th May 2021. The L&DCC Disciplinary Committee agreed with the club that a further one match ban suspended for twelve months to 7th May 2022 should also be imposed.
The club is commended for the way it dealt with the incident.
Also, a disciplinary report was received from the 1st X1 match on 24th April 2021, between Lytham CC and St. Helens Town CC.
St Helens Town CC have censured the player Alex Antoine for his inappropriate behaviour. The Disciplinary Committee agreed with the club that a one match ban suspended for twelve months until 29th April 2022 will be imposed.
The club is also commended for the way it dealt with the incident
