A disciplinary report was received from the 1st X1 match on 10 June 2023 between Spring View CC and Bootle CC.

The Discipline Committee have banned the player Luke James for one week for abuse of equipment. This is a first breach of the GCR on field code, commencing on 16 June 2023 and will remain on the player's record for 24 calendar months from the date of the breach.

A disciplinary report was received from the 1st XI match on 3 June 2023, between Newton le Willows CC and Spring View CC

The Discipline Committee have banned the player Edwin Geary for three weeks with a further three weeks suspended, for the use of obscene and threatening language towards a player. This is a first breach of the GCR on field code, has commenced on 9 June 2023 and will remain on the player's record for 24 calendar months from the date of the breach.
