On Monday 19th July, England moved to step four of its roadmap in easing Covid restrictions. This means that almost all legal restrictions of social contact will be removed. However, the Government is encouraging people to act with caution.

It is important that each section of the document is read, understood and followed. There are recommendations from the ECB, welcomed by us, for a cautious and gradual return to cricket normality.

With specific regard to the section on Hospitality/Teas, Clubs are reminded that a vote taken prior to the start of this season resulted in a 28 votes to 6 in favour of No teas for the duration of the 2021 season.
