Last call for Registrations

Date: 20th April 2021

You have until 12 noon tomorrow to be eligible for the opening day fixtures

All new registrations and player transfers wishing to be eligible to play in the weekend's season opening fixtures need to be recorded on Play Cricket by 12 noon tomorrow (Wednesday 21st April) and the supporting paperwork needs to be with the Registration Secretary by the end of the same day in order to ensure the registration is processed. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS - if you are not in, you do not play this weekend!! (In 2019, there were more than 30 last day registrations)

(Where a club is awaiting the release of a player's records on Play Cricket from another club and it is not forthcoming, the recommendation is to create a new players record and the system should marry up the two records as part of the process).

Also, home clubs should notify Eddie Shiff or Rob Durand of any Sunday 3rd XI fixtures, during the first four scheduled weeks, which are not taking place due to car-sharing or other covid issues.

News, shared elsewhere, is that Birchfield Park have ground issues and reluctantly withdrawn from the 3rd XI Saturday Premier Division and their fixtures will be expunged.
