DISCIPLINARY REPORT July 10th 2021 - AGREED ACTION

A disciplinary report has been received and dealt with by the respective club following discussions with the L&DCC Disciplinary Committee.
On 10th July, in the 1st XI match between Northern CC and Formby CC, the Formby player Sam Ellis was reported for dissent towards an umpire.
Formby CC has banned Sam Ellis for 1 week commencing midnight 16th July, plus 1 week suspended until 15th July 2022.
The ban applies to all forms of cricket under the auspices of the England and Wales Cricket Board.
The club is to be commended for the way they dealt with the incident.
