LL L&DCC AGM 2022: TO CHAIRS AND SECRETARIES

ARRANGEMENTS FOR ZOOM ACCESS CODES 2022
We write as promised in advance of the LL L&DCC AGM on Tuesday 11th January 2022 at 7.00pm to confirm that the ZOOM codes to join the meeting will be sent out to club Chairs and Secretaries, by email later today with a check reminder on Monday 10th January 2022. It is then the responsibility of the club to forward that email to the one appropriate individual representing their club.
Under our Constitution Item 12.1.1, club representation at this meeting is mandatory for all Full Member Clubs and also for Associate Member Clubs (3rd XIs)
To be clear clubs may only have one person representing them at AGM 2022. This person is usually the Chair or the Secretary.
The numbers of people in attendance are being kept as small as our Constitution allows so as to keep viewing manageable on small screens.

It would be useful for the ZOOM representative to have a hard copy of the Agenda to hand during the meeting.

We shall attempt to conduct voting live at the meeting but, if and as necessary, we will fall back on an e-mailed voting paper to be issued to Chairs and Secretaries immediately after the meeting.
